RAI&CO use Australia Post for all orders and you will be provide with tracking numbers. Please be mindful if you haven't received a tracking notification; to check your junk mail as sometimes they can be flagged and sent there.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Adelaide, Australia.
A Flat Rate of $10 will be applied for Australia Wide Standard Shipping on orders under $100A Flat Rate of $10 will apply to NZ Orders up to 500g and $12.50 on orders 500g - 2kg. The correct rate will show at checkout.
Orders over $100 will receive Free Standard Shipping Australia wide.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Express Post Orders will be processed within 1-2 Business Days and sent via Australia Post Express, Express Rates will calculate at checkout.
Please note, after a product launch or sale period, processing times may take 1-2 business days longer for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders, we will always endeavour to process as fast as possible.
